Shipping and returns
At the moment, we are only offering on island postage, and postage to the other Channel Islands (the Bailiwick of Guernsey including Alderney). In the near future, we hope to be able to ship to mainland UK and further afield.
I hope that you adore and cherish your piece of Wild Clementine jewellery. However, if you are not happy with your piece, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return your items to me. The piece must be in full, re-sellable condition and must not have been worn.
If a piece returns in unsellable condition, you will be unable to be refunded and the piece will be returned back to you.
Personalised items that you have commissioned cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
The cost of postage or delivery will not be refunded unless the piece is faulty.
As every piece is hand-crafted, and each step of the process from creation to shipping is carried out by human hands, the condition and quality of your pieces have been thoroughly checked. However, if you find that your piece has arrived damaged or in poor condition, please notify me as soon as possible via our email. For ease, please also include a photo of the faulty item, or area of fault. Please also specify whether you would like to have the piece fixed or a refund. If you have chosen to receive a refund, on return of the item your purchase will be refunded via the payment method that you authorised the purchase with.
If you return a piece of jewellery in contravention of our policy (and if you do not have any other legal rights to return the item), we will not refund the product. Our policy for returns and refunds does not affect your statutory rights. Any questions regarding our returns and refunds policy can be directed to our email wildclementinejewellery@gmail.com.
